P.P. Centrifugal Pump
LEAKLESS make centrifugal horizontal pump in P.P (Polypropylene) which
is solid injection moulded with extra wall thickness & with
pressurize moulding process for free porosity and blow holes. Moulding
powder which are used of only reliance brand for superior quality all
moulded parts engraved with (LEAKLESS) for our brand genuiness suitable
for highly corrosive liquids such as HCL , Sulphuric , Nitric , Ferric
Chloride etc to suit maximum temperature upto 85oC. These pumps are
suitable for RTP , Filter press , Electro Plating , Scrubber , Loading
& Unloading , Re-Circulation & Drum Unloading. All Models
Available In Centrifugal , Self-Priming , Monoblock & Vertical
Submerged. Shaft Sleeve are provided with H.A ceramic with heavy wall
thickness to avoid crack. Mechanical seal mostly used are Teflon bellow
type with replaceable mating faces G.F.T or SILICATE CARBIDE.
